Quality Award 1
Evolution Group winner – Engaging with Consumers / Person centered care category, 2023.
Each year, Evolution’s health services select their top quality improvement initiatives to be judged for the best in category and supreme winner. Many of these initiatives go on to be entered into regional and national health quality awards events.
The Evolution Healthcare Annual Quality awards recognises and rewards the achievements and innovations undertaken by our staff across all our Hospital and Wellbeing services.
In 2023, a total of fifteen entries were received and seven were selected for our Quality Award finals.
Overall Winner
The overall Award went to Proactive for the development and implementation of a mobile physiotherapy and wellness service in the South Island.

NZPSHA award winner, 2010 – “Realities of Evacuating an Operating Theatre” following a fire in theatre, a video re-enactment “I Smell Smoke” was produced and distributed worldwide.
